VOIP system
« on: July 07, 2010, 08:52:17 PM »

Use in anything but Firefox (the plug in hasnt been updated yet)

This is a unmoderated voice chat service that is not client based, it is browser based.

Other than that the Guildwars section has been successfully been using Xfire - xfire guild = http://www.xfire.com/communities/crusadersofjustice/

Our current use of xfire is working well atm though i'm not sure of its capacity, as teams rarely go over 8 members in size I cant see this being a problem, multiple teams just means members in their own group chat room, which will not affect the bandwidth of the separate teams.

However, for a more communal atmosphere and larger gatherings in the guild hall or the 12 man teams in Urgoz's Warren or The Deep I may breathe life into one of our old VOIP servers ts or vent.
